Service Commencement & Renewal

Following execution of this agreement, we will contact you via your preferred contact method to schedule your first service visit. This agreement continues on a rolling basis at the agreed service frequency until cancelled by either party. There is no fixed end date — service continues until you choose to cancel.

Billing

Your card on file will be charged after each completed service visit. There are no upfront charges and no hidden fees. You will receive notification after each visit is completed and before your card is charged.

Cancellation

You may cancel this agreement at any time by contacting us by phone, text, or email. No penalties and no hidden fees. Cancellation takes effect immediately upon notice — you will not be charged for any future visits after cancellation is confirmed.

Service Guarantee & Free Callback Policy

If you are ever unsatisfied with a treatment or experience pest activity between scheduled visits, callback visits are always completely free of charge. Simply contact us and we will return to re-treat at no additional cost. This guarantee applies to pests covered under your selected services.

Property Access & Preparation

Customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the property on scheduled service dates. Customer is responsible for securing pets, removing items from treatment areas, and following any preparation instructions provided prior to service. Failure to provide access may result in a missed visit, which will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

Digital Communication Consent

By signing this agreement, you consent to receive service reminders, appointment confirmations, and post-service notifications from Mershon Pest Management via your preferred contact method as selected during sign-up. You may opt out at any time by notifying us directly.

Pesticide Notification

Upon request, we will provide you with the name of the pesticide used, the active ingredient, the applicator's ID number, and relevant safety information as required under Florida Statute §482.2265. Please notify us prior to service if you or any household member is enrolled in Florida's Pesticide Pre-Notification Registry (§482.2267) or requires advance notice before pesticide application.

Results Disclaimer

Pest control services are designed to significantly reduce and manage pest populations. Results may vary based on environmental conditions, severity of infestation, neighboring properties, and factors outside our control. Mershon Pest Management does not guarantee the complete elimination of all pests.

Limitation of Liability

In the event of a service-related dispute, Mershon Pest Management's liability is limited to re-treatment of the affected area at no additional charge. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or property damage claims beyond the scope of our general liability insurance coverage.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in Collier County, Florida.

Services Requiring Separate Treatment (Additional Charge)

The following pests and conditions are NOT covered under this agreement and require a separate service quote: German cockroach infestations (due to the specialized multi-treatment protocol required), bed bugs, bees and bee colony removals, fleas and ticks, termites, and wildlife removal. If any of these are identified during a scheduled visit, we will notify you and provide a separate quote for treatment.
