Preventative Pest Control

Bi-monthly

Exterior inspection, targeted treatment, and a protective barrier spray.

Each visit includes a thorough exterior inspection to identify any cracks, gaps, or entry points that insects could use to get inside, as well as any areas around the home that may be harboring pests. Any insects found are treated on the spot, and a preventative barrier spray is applied around the exterior to keep insects out between visits.

Spider Treatment

Bi-monthly

Fogging of pool screen and bushes to eliminate spiders and reduce buildup.

A fogging treatment is applied to your pool screen enclosure and the bushes surrounding it to eliminate active spiders and reduce web buildup between visits. This targets the current population and creates a protective effect that slows re-infestation.

Rodent Service

Bi-monthly

Bait station maintenance plus trapping in the attic, home, and lanai.

Each visit includes servicing your bait stations — clearing debris and replacing bait. If rodents make it past the stations, this service also covers trapping in the attic, inside the home, and on the lanai to eliminate any active infestation before it gets worse.

Mosquito Control

Monthly

Full-yard treatment targeting vegetation, eaves, and walls.

Each visit starts with an inspection of vegetation and anything holding standing water. Where possible, standing water is dumped — where it can't be removed, larvicide is applied. A full treatment is then applied to all vegetation, the eaves and soffit, and exterior walls to target every mosquito resting area and help knock down the population around your property.

Wasps & Bees

As needed

Safe removal and prevention of stinging insects.

Safe identification and removal of wasp nests, hornet nests, and bee hives from around your home, yard, and structures. Treatment is applied to active nests to eliminate the colony, with preventative recommendations to discourage future nesting. Contact us for a custom quote.
